Take The First Step

Schedule a meeting at your office to mutually qualify your business with FRS CONSULTANTS. This is called the Analytical Stage Process.

The Analytical Stage provides both the business owner and FRS Consultants the opportunity to determine the appropriateness of a potential consulting project.

The process starts with a no-fee consultation, in which we review with you: 1) The organization, 2) What about your organization you want to change and why and 3) What you think the end results should be. We will help you determine what is and is not feasible. The FRS consultant will also meet with the staff and key employees to review the present business operations.

In conclusion, FRS Consultants will give you a clear understanding in terms of what to expect in relation to change, time frames, activities, costs, and expected results. Once we have answered all your questions, if you wish to move forward, we will give you a detailed proposal summarizing our prior discussions. If not, we will only bill for our direct out-of-pocket expenses.

Professional Fees, Expenses, and Terms: All consulting fees are billed at a rate of $100/hour. Proposals will be provided for longer term work. In most cases, there is no charge for preparation time preceding training or facilitation work.

Expenses: Handout materials are included in the fee charges unless otherwise agreed. Travel expense includes hotel, $45.00 per diem and air-fare. All billed at actual cost. There is no charge for travel time. Accommodations used will be "business-class" facilities. For domestic destinations airfare will be billed at the lowest non-refundable ticket rate available. International flights will be billed at a "business class" or comparable rate.

NOTE: Some clients choose to combine consulting services with the Training Classes, therefore training class fees are adjusted and included in the consulting services project.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our work, we will not bill you for the training classes and consulting fee; instead, we will only bill for our direct out-of-pocket expenses.
