NEEDS ASSESSMENT PHASE
All the training classes are linked conceptually and, while they can be used as stand alone components, each reflects the values and culture of a company. Our trainers, who are senior staff members, endeavor to understand the culture of an organization by conducting interviews before the start of a training program. Rather than an "off-the-shelf" program, you receive customized training classes developed by our senior staff. Each training class uses cases and problems specific to the organization.

All training classes will be presented first to the senior staff to ensure that the approach and concepts fully meet expectations. We do not conduct training programs for companies unless we have a full understanding of their culture and values.

TRAINING PHASE
The courses are taught solely by our senior staff members who have extensive experience providing training for a wide range of companies.

EVALUATION PHASE
We believe that in order to develop training programs that achieve their purpose, participant evaluation is vital for feedback to the organization and customization of future programs. To this end, participants to determine if a training session is achieving its stated objectives and evaluate all classes.
